Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of online guitar lessons provided by MontaldoMusic.com ("Instructor"). By enrolling in lessons, you ("Student") agree to be bound by these Terms.
 

Lesson Format 

Lessons will be conducted online using either Zoom or Skype (the "Platform"). The chosen platform will be determined by mutual agreement between Instructor and Student.

Lesson Schedule and Cancellation

• Lesson scheduling will be done through [method of scheduling, e.g., email, online booking system].
• Cancellation by Student: Student must provide at least [number] hours' notice via [method of communication, e.g.,email, phone] to cancel a lesson without penalty. Lessons cancelled with less notice will be charged the full lesson fee.
• Cancellation by Instructor: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Instructor will make a reasonable effort to reschedule the lesson or provide a substitute instructor. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued for the cancelled lesson.

Payment

• Lesson fees are [payment frequency, e.g., per lesson, monthly package] and must be paid in advance through [payment method, e.g., PayPal, bank transfer].
• Packages (if offered) are non-refundable but can be transferred to another student with Instructor's approval.

Technology Requirements

Student is responsible for having a reliable internet connection, a working webcam, and a microphone compatible with the chosen Platform.

Recording and Materials

• Recording of lessons is not permitted unless explicitly agreed upon by both Instructor and Student.
• Any lesson materials provided by Instructor are for Student's personal use only and cannot be shared with third parties.

Disclaimer

Instructor will use their best efforts to provide quality guitar instruction. However, Instructor makes no guarantees of Student's progress or ability to achieve specific musical goals.

Termination

Instructor reserves the right to terminate lessons at any time for any reason, with a prorated refund issued for any unused lessons. Student may terminate lessons at any time by providing written notice [notice period, e.g., 30 days] in advance.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chile.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Instructor and Student regarding the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

Updates to Terms

Instructor may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the website. Student's continued use of the lessons following the posting of revised Terms constitutes their agreement to be bound by the revised Terms.
